I'm thrilled to share my fantastic experience with Jackie at Avanti Salon! Her deep tissue therapeutic massage was truly amazing. Dealing with neck, shoulder, and back issues, I was pleasantly surprised by Jackie's attentiveness and skill in targeting the necessary areas. After the session, I felt rejuvenated and as good as new. Her expertise made me feel like a million bucks! Highly recommend her for anyone seeking top-notch care.

Loved my hair dresser! Came in on my wedding day for a simple wash and blow out. Initially I had booked a trim aswell and was told on the phone that if I changed my mind about the trim I didn't have to go through with it. It was good to reserve the full time slot for a cut in case I did want it at the end of the day. Day of, I decided to not go with the trim since I really liked the length of my hair and was nervous that I might lose a bunch of length. When I mentioned this to the receptionist she was really rude about it saying they would charge me for a cancelation fee and they wouldn't be able to take me which freaked me out since I was getting married in less than 6 hours and it seemed that I was being coerced into a cut that I didn't want and would be significantly more expensive. However, when the hairdresser came out she was super supportive and understanding that I didn't want that change on my big day and had no problem with just a wash and style. She listened to exactly what I wanted and was kind. The washing and styling was great, she took all the time to style my hair the way I wanted it and accounted for the crazy humidity that day. Upon leaving, the receptionist was really rude again. I forgot to bring cash with me for the tip so I asked for the ATM and she just glared me down. Overall, the haircut experience was great and so was the individual cutting my hair. The customer interface, not so much. Kinda turns you off if the first person and the last person you see are rude, abrasive, and look down on you. It just seemed like she wanted to make that quick buck without taking into consideration of what the customer wanted.
